Yes. Every document downloads as a real Word file with proper heading styles, lists and tables, which Google Docs opens faithfully when you add it to Drive. The PDF is generated on the server, so the text stays selectable.

Yes. Conversations are visible only to your own account, enforced in the database itself. Documents you create are stored with your account so you can reopen and refine them.

The free plan gives 20 messages a day with the full collection. Pro and Max give more messages; the pricing page lists the details. You can cancel or switch at any time.
